Returns

Eligibility:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Final Sale and Third-Party Seller items.
• Hygiene items like perfumes, underwear, and swimwear.

Return Process:

1. Contact: Email hello@bymolly.store for return inquiries.
2. Approval: Await instructions and approval from customer care.
3. Packaging: Securely pack items, excluding decorative shipping packaging.
4. Shipping: Use traceable shipping; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
5. Refund: Refunds processed within 30 working days upon receipt of the return.

Additional Notes:

• PayPal and Afterpay returns follow the same policy.
• No cancellations or order amendments after placement.
• Sale items are non-refundable for change of mind.
